The Easiest Way to Prepare Lasagna at Home
In this video, I will show you how to make the best and easiest homemade italian lasagna in beshamel sauce. The key point of this lasagna is the mixture of lamb tail fat and beef, which gives it a unique and delicious flavor.
**Ingredients:**
– 400g ground beef
– 4 tomatoes
– 2 onions
– 3 cloves of garlic
– Butter
– 1 tablespoon tomato paste
– Salt
– Black pepper
**For the sauce:**
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 3 tablespoons flour
– 3 cups milk
– Salt
– Black pepper
**Instructions:**
1. First, chop the onions and garlic, and sauté them in butter until they become slightly golden. Then, add the ground beef, 4 chopped tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything together and cook for 20 minutes on the stove. After that, add 1 cup of hot water, cover the pot, and let it cook on medium heat for 1 hour.
2. While the meat is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a separate pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and add 3 tablespoons of flour. Stir and cook for a bit. Gradually add 3 cups of milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Add salt and black pepper, and let the mixture come to a boil. Once it boils, remove from the heat.
3. Now, it’s time to assemble the lasagna. Start layering by adding a layer of lasagna sheets, then a layer of the meat mixture, followed by a layer of sauce. Repeat this process three times. Finally, on top of the last layer of sauce, sprinkle grated cheese and place the lasagna in the oven.
4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) until the top is golden brown.
