Taverna is nice. Kitchen is nice. Stairs seem a little insubstantial. Ground floor nice. Perhaps the price is fair for what the property offers. Features are well fitted. Main stairs in brick seem a little brutal if falling down. Just wonder what other nearby houses buy and sell for.

What is the price?
WOW nice place. The narrow short steps are worrisome for this older person as is the lichen on all sides of the (what must be) always shaded street. I know a lady in a different town there that fell and broke an ankle on that slick stuff. Not sure what you could really do about it though…
Every window you look out is to the alley way. Who wants to have an alley as a view?
I wish I could find something with more light.
The lack of balconies, views and only two bedrooms should bring the price down to around 55 euros.
