Apple tart is an extremely delicious dessert along with rowan berry tea. It is quickly made.
The tomato – mozzarella salad is made instantly and made when you have zero time left.
APPLE TART RECIPE:
For dough:
75 g of wheat flour;
50 g of corn flour;
1 tsp of baking powder;
a pinch of salt;
1 tbsp of sugar;
125 g of curd;
125 g of butter.
For filling:
2 eggs;
50 g of caster sugar;
200 g of sour cream:
1 tbsp of lemon juice;
2 apples.
For decoration:
150 g of apricot jam;
25 g of pine nuts.
LASAGNE RECIPE:
several sheets of lasagne pasta;
300 g of cheese Džiugas / Parmesan;
1 tbsp of olive oil for greasing of the baking form.
For meat filling:
3 cloves of garlic;
150 g of celery stalks;
150 g of carrots;
3 tbsp of olive oil;
500 g of meat;
500 g of tomatoes in their own juice;
1 tsp of salt;
a pinch of black pepper.
For milk filling:
parsley;
700 ml of milk;
3 tbsp of wheat flour;
a pinch of black pepper;
a pinch of salt.
TOMATO – MOZZARELLA SALAD:
300 g mozzarella;
4 tomatoes;
1 tsp of olive oil;
a pinch of black pepper;
basil.
