Guys, you got to try making your own cannoli shells. I have been doing it for years and my cannolis are the best I have ever had. I've brought them into work and made them for friends and neighbors and they also agree. Also, the filling is better when made with either ricotta impastata or mascarpone cheese if you can find them. We have both of them readily available here in NY.
