Creamy cashew pasta with fried oyster mushroom. The king of the Flynn household when it comes to most requested dinners! We’ve made this at least once every week for the last 10 years or as long as our oldest kids have been able to eat it. It belongs on the cover of the family recipe book.

  2. An alternative sauce could be made with chickpea flour, some plant milk/water, miso, hippie dust and black pepper. It's what I typically do. (this needs to be cooked)
