    Also what is the sauce already on the pan when she drizzles some of the ragu oil in there?

  4. My ex wifes family come from Palermo. Her nonna taught me to make ragu, tomato sauce and pasta. Sicilian food yummy.

  5. Colour is flavour. Best brown the meat on a high heat first. That’s the best way. Don’t let anybody tell you different. Marco Pierre white does a good video on it.
