Now I think I’ve died and gone to the seventh heaven! I love this soup! I live in NW Kansas! It’s freezing here in the Midwest! I don’t eat chicken, or turkey, or bird of any kind. (That’s why I love your beef recipes so much!!) I did find a vegan chicken broth though that is a great substitute for regular chicken broth. Oh man does this look good! 👍🏻 🤗

Sooo simple. I made this once, only because the lasagna didn't turn out right, so I chopped it up , turning it into soup. Now I don't feel bad 😅
I like this version of this soup. I'm gonna give it a try this week.
When i make this soup, or a skillet lasagna, i use Campanelle pasta. Its got the ruffled edges of lasagna, but rolled into cones or trumpets. It gives that look of lasagna.
