No Knead Focaccia Bread Recipe – Easy Focaccia Recipe

No Knead Focaccia Recipe:
– 470g Warm Water (2 cups)
– 2 tsp Salt
– 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( plus more for the tray)
– 7g ( 2 tsp ) Yeast
– 560g Bread Flour ( 4 cups)
Add any toppings you like!
PLEASE NOTE: If you put the dough in the fridge overnight, the next day allow the dough to rise in the tray for 2 hours at room temperature ( cold dough needs extra time to rise in the tray). Then dimple, add the toppings and bake.

So, I was browsing and came across this recipe. It sounded good, so I gave it a try. The directions were clear and concise. The bread I made based on this was fantastic. Your dough seems a lot more loose then mine in the stretch and fold stage. Any idea what the difference would make?

Still have the “L”-plate here – forgot to use tepid water – more 20°C but it warmed up pretty fast in a warm kitchen (Aga going gangbusters with the grandkids here) – now it looks ready for pan & dimpling after only 3 of the 4 S&Fs should I hold back or charge ahead?….. don’t want to over prove it

I made this last week and it was SO good omg! I want to make this in a smaller batch, any one know the exact measurements I can use for a 9×7 pan or I guess a smaller pan than 9×13? 🙂

Last rise before dimple my dough has never spread out in the pan like shown @ 4:22 I have to stretch it into place.
