Ingredients:

For the Spaghetti:

• 1 lb (450g) spaghetti
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt (for boiling water)

For the Meat Sauce:

• 1 lb (450g) ground Turkey or Italian sausage
• 1 small onion, finely diced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

For the Creamy Sauce:

• 1/2 block (4 oz) butter,
• 1 cup sour cream (optional)
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 block Boursin Cheese
• 1/2 Cup chicken stock
• 1 Tbs Garlic

For the Topping:

• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese blend
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Cook the Spaghetti:

• Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente (according to package instructions). Drain and toss with olive oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.

2. Prepare the Meat Sauce:

• In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground Turkey (or sausage) and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
• Add the diced onion and cook until softened. Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
• Pour in the marinara sauce and season with Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Make the Creamy Sauce:

• In a separate pot , combine butter, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, chicken stock, Boursin cheese and garlic . Mix until smooth and creamy.

4. Assemble the Spaghetti:

• Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
• Add the cooked spaghetti and toss to coat evenly with the creamy sauce.
• Pour the remaining meat sauce over the creamy layer. Mix well
• Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella blend and Parmesan cheese on top.

5. Bake:

• Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Serve:

• Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm. Enjoy the creamy, cheesy, and indulgent twist on classic spaghetti!
