  2. These would be good with the salmon Wellington also known as Salmon en crouton, which is rolled puff pastry sheet topped with salmon fillet, S&P
    Sauteed spinach, diced onion and minced garlic covered over the salmon and shredded Gryer Cheese. Seal puff pastry, brush with egg wash bake 30 minutes. Super simple and looks like you spent all day making it. You could bake this potato recipe at the same time. Just take out salmon dish out and let the potatoes cook the remaining 15 minutes.
