I did today with some leftover fish(Spigola) from yesterday. The sauce you have to boil some datterini in a pan with some olive oil and a bit of tomato sauce, wait till they melt then add the boiled calamari(clean of course) and the spigola, cut them for a better mix of flavours. Add some lemon skins, bit of origano, chopped parsleys and some salt if needed and cover. After you prepared the pasta, throw into the pan with a little of pasta water, stir it for a couple of minutes and served, extra parsleys for decoration.
