



Leftovers pizza, 800g (1,7lb) flour, oregano, hot paprika, 200g yeast, 3 eggs. Passata on top of the dough mixed with peper, salt, hot ketchup, honey mustard. Toppings: gouda cheese first, 5 red onions, 8 champignons, 3 kielbasa, 4 kabanos sausages, a sprinkle of 2 chopped red paprika. 190 celcius, 374F, 80 minutes in oven. Fresh from the oven is soo good but i forgot to add salt to the dough.
I always make 2-3 pans of pizza with that amount of flour, today i decided to take the big baking tray. It's soo good 😱
