

Okay, homemade dough, homemade sauce, freshly shredded cheese, all that. I know I messed up on the dough by using instant yeast instead of active dry, but I’m more concerned that this pizza turned into a monstrosity of hardened cheesy disgustingness. The dough tasted nice at least, but I couldn’t bear taking another bite of this mistake of a creation. It was at 400° for 15 minutes, baked in an electric oven.
