Italian Meatloaf Patties:
2 lbs ground meat
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup ground oatmeal
1 tbsp oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Slices of Mozzarella
Marinara sauce as garnish
Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties and place on greased baking pan. Bake 425 degrees 20 minutes.
Cabbage Salad Vinaigrette:
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp flax seed oil
1/4 vinegar
1/2 tsp honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients by shaking in a jar.
