Snagged a Roccbox sale today. Total impulse buy but pretty happy with it so far!
Bottom crust could have been cooked better, and I rushed the dough so will see how it turns out after proofing for a day or two. Sauce could use a lower moisture content and I need to find some better cheese than what they have at the grocery.
Also blistered some shoshito peppers for an app that turned out great!
