all right tonight we’re going to do easy one pan spaghetti and meatballs all right we start by frying the balls in olive oil until nice and brown set aside our meatballs in the same pan garlic onions garlic and onions are nice and brown little bit of crushed tomatoes shot of white wine and salt and pepper we’re going to cook that up for about 15 minutes BS back in let’s let those babies soften up and cook and our wine tonight’s a medium bodied monano D Bruto pairs perfect with the tomato sauce spaghetti right into the boiling water we’re going to cook it about 2/3 and finish it in the sauce finish the spaghetti right in the sauce a little more pasta water and it’s some master p

This was maybe the best spaghetti & meatballs I’ve ever made 😩 I watched the Pasta Queen do something very similar and tried my best to get close.
We were 7 at the table tonight and each person came to me afterwards and said they were happy 😃
