Balls:
-Rehydrate 1 Cup TVP with ¾ Broth or warm water
-Mix in Garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, salt, black pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, oats & AP flour
– Form into balls then fry in olive oil when ready.

Sauce:
-Onion, Celery, Carrot, mushroom, Garlic, diced and cooked down. Fry tomato paste once most the liquid is put the veggies.
– Add crushed San marzano tomatoes
-Simmer and reduce with 1 cans worth of water

Combine it all with your favourite pasta.
