First one slipped a little on its way in. The second one came out great! 1-margarita 2- Truffle soft cheese and fresh mozz, oyster mushrooms, garlic oil and balsamic glaze. I did all this with my cast iron griddle between 2 sheet pans and an aluminum cookie. I was just really excited thay I could do this. Enjoy
