one of my favorite traditional Italian dishes are called arini balls and these are balls of risoto that often have a little filling in the middle and then coated in crispy breadcrumbs and they’re hot Oozy and so delicious with aini you can take them any which way but today I’m going to make a beautiful squash risoto and then I’m going to fill the bows with black olive tapenade and mozzarella sometimes they’re served with a tomato sauce I’m just serving them today just with a sprinkling of Parmesan personally I just like them as like little appetizers or canipes or just to have with a glass of wine on a Friday night in the garden and The Taste is incredible because you’ve got the sweetness of the rotto and then the slightly bitterness of the olive tapenade and then the creamy hot uzy mozzarella they’re just perfect

Oh la la, I want to make these as soon as I can get those ingredients ( even though risotto is generally not one of my favorites ). These really look 😋.
I am afraid Italian cuisine is so boring
Vs Japan
Vs Spain
Vs Mexico
Vs Peru
good though, but no variety
I didn't like aranchinis at all, but your recipe sounds much better
