


Iโll never buy pasta from the supermarket again. ๐๐
My plating sucks but we were hungry so I just slopped it on ๐.
Recipe is a combo of the two recipes bellow. Removed the AP Flour for semolina (500g) and adjusted the water to about 50g as the spinach despite draining is rather wet.
INGREDIENTS
Recipe 1
2 3/4 cups all purpose flour (620g)
3 eggs
pinch salt
1 cup cooked spinach – pureed
Recipe 2
200 grams semola rimacinata di grano duro
100 ml water
1 pinch salt
