Chicken is optional. You can make this recipe without chicken for Vegetarians. Everything is same just skip the chicken.

Penne Pasta- 250gm.
Boneless chicken- 250gm.
Capsicum – 1/2 cup.
Carrots – 1/2 cup.
Chopped garlic – 10 pieces.
Black pepper powder- 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste.
Chilli flakes- 1tbsp.
Milk- 500ml.
Flour (maida)- 1/4 cup.
Butter- 50gm.
Oregano- 1tbsp.
Cheese asper taste.
Oil- 1 tbsp.
water- to boil pasta.
