Also, don't put oil in the water, and the pasta with a light yellow colour and rough surface is high quality.

Well, all these years I have been doing it WRONG!
I have used a fork – occationally with a spoon also……
But then – you learn every day……
Eat pasta with love is the most Italian I've ever heard in my entire life.

Tip Number 11 : stop using Regular so called yellow Looking pasta. 🙃

U forgot to tell people not to break the pasta

My mom never put salt in pasta water and I don't either. It's fine to anyone that eats my pasta.
We don't always mix pasta with sauce. Some people like to put sauce on plain pasta. Also I prefer to put plain pasta in refrigerator as it stays better than sauced pasta.
I like Romano cheese better. Parmigiano can be salty.
