Wasn't familiar with La Stüa so I checked out the website – I thought it interesting that they are trying to attract younger diners (anyone under 30) to fine dining by offering a 4-course menu for 100€. Still expensive for a lot of people of course, but less of a barrier to entry than the 170€ and 190€ menus.
Great to see you go to a place like this. Have to put that on my bucket list.
