    This is very good. If you want to get to perfect, I would add even more cheese to your egg mixture. But honestly good work on getting it to the right sort of texture! That is part of the amazingness that is a carbonara.

    Just a suggestion: carbonara is not really at its best with spaghetti. Try rigatoni or mezze maniche.
