I’ve been in a use-whatever-I-have-in-the-fridge mood, so I grilled some brats and caramelized three onions to make a sauce with Parmigiano Reggiano and TONS of garlic. Grated a bunch of nutmeg on the microplane, as well, to play into the bratwurst seasoning profile, and it came out REALLY well. Had a very German vibe, as far as flavor goes. Cheers.
