I don’t cook often as my wife is usually home first, but tonight was my night to cook and boy did I deliver. Used one can San marzano only the yellow label please! One small onion, 4 cloves garlic, a heavy palm full of Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, a little olive oil, 3 teaspoons sugar, and carrots just to pull some acidity then remove before pulsing in a food processor or blender. Finished with hot Italian sausages from my father in laws pigs.
