INGREDIENTS
Ground meat: 250g ( here I used lamb. Chicken, pork and beef too suitable to use)
Aubergine: 1large
Tomato :1 large
Onion : 2 large
Chill (green or red medium hot) : 1 tsp
Ginger and garlic crushed: 2 tbsp
Cloves : 2-3
Cinnamon: 1 small piece
Cardamom crushed: 3
Fennel seeds: 1/2 tsp
Salt :2 tsp
Mozzarella Cheese : 140g
Coriander leaves
Pasta sheets : 12-16( 3-4 layer)
Cheesy lasagna sauce: 450g
Tomato lasagna sauce: 300g (if not available 2 large tomato chopped.)
Olive oi or Cooking oil l: 5 tbsp
Water as required
****Tips: Always try to use foil to cover lasagna before placing in oven and remove foil only five minutes before finish cooking. This will prevent too much browning on the top . Also if you use foil, lasagna sheets cooks properly.
Secondly always try the top layer lasagna sheets fully cover with white sauce, as this will also keep lasagna sheets to cook properly.
