

For the pesto this is what i did
– Blend 2 cups of basil leaves and 1/4 cup of roasted pine nuts, 1/2 cup of finely grated parmesan and 3 cloves of garlic.
– Once semi smooth, slowly add 1/3 cup of olive oil.
Et voilà!
I like my pesto a bit chunky so i just blend it less than normally recommended.
