
I decided to try it for the first time. I used Brian Lagerstroms method of heating the course peppercorns in some olive oil. Let it cool a little bit as the pasta cooked. Transferred pasta directly to sauce pan with oil and tossed with butter. Then mixed in 3 large mounds of pecorino romano. Topped with grated parmesan and pepper. A few splashes of pasta water and it came out great!
