  1. Ciao zio Pasquale,

  2. I do follow Pasquale from Milan. I like his energy, the way he cooks and the love he feels for Orsara. C'è qualcosa di magico negli italiani all'estero! Keep on going dearest, Italy is proud of such lovely people like you.

  3. Buona sera! My aunt is from the Orsara/Foggia area and said she knows you. Tanti saluti da Adele Paradiso. Keep up the great content. You make my heart (and stomach) smile!

  4. Pasquale is amazing. Cooking isn’t his only thing. I’ve seen a video of him up on his roof cleaning his chimney. I’ve seen one of him replacing the screen in his screen door. I’ve seen him fixing tomatoes ready to jar. He is quite a guy.

  5. Wonderful! I doscovered the wonders of cooked fennel a few years ago and love finding new (to me) ways to incorporate it in recipes. This is a delicious looking recipe, perfect for cold weather cooking. Yum!
