Eat uh my actually I remember coming here a few years ago on my last trip and this is a casual restaurant with really good food although they did change management two years ago but I promised the location is actually really unique it’s called Sato e profano it’s a restaurant slash Pizzeria because you

Super tall ceiling so it’s kind of like eating in the 16th chapel uh with Fresco’s that of course cannot be compared to the 16th chapel uh when it comes to food it’s actually a mix of different Italian foods from different regions the fried zucchini flower it’s very cheesy I like the regular like

Zucchini flour but it’s really tasty the cheese that they use is actually really tasty here when it comes to the pasta I really love the spaghetti with tomato sauce and anchovy it’s a simple dish but the saltiness of the anchovy is actually it has an Umami taste to it it’s not

Like you know when you put salt in there and it’s salty it’s a different kind of saltiness and it’s really flavorful it’s actually one of my favorite pastas to get here and for the main dish the grilled octopus it’s really fresh it’s built to Perfection and it’s a pretty

Saucy and of course you know we wanted some grilled simple grilled vegetables as well so all in all this place is a good place to come when you just arrive in Rome and want something to eat foreign I think that means 44. and here you have your standard anti-pasty dishes as well

As your pasta courses in your first course and most of it are in Italian but they actually have a printout in English fortunately so the artichoke salad with pocorino Romano cheese was really refreshing uh simple they do have the puck Arena here because it’s a very

Roman thing to use this cheese and two rigatoni pastas prepared in two way one with bacon and tomato sauce really flavorful but I could barely see any bacon in there cost cutting at full swing perhaps and the rigatoni with truffle carbonara I was not disappointing as well uh you know the

Black truffle flavor really came through although the Highlight for me was definitely the grill sea bass filet they definitely did their fish well here so all in all this is actually a great place to eat if you want a fancier option without breaking your bank because the cost is still reasonable uh

You know we ended the course with a classic chocolate souffle who doesn’t like a chocolate souffle and it’s actually done to perfection one of the restaurants my favorite restaurants here in Rome is this Restaurante that’s family run dab Bruno uh it’s been run for three generations the setup is pretty simple it’s actually

Open brick wall uh everywhere it’s pretty casual I see open brick walls surrounding me and in fact the menu is actually on those uh plastic uh photo frames of what you call uh you know the sign holder they just like slip the the menu in there in terms of menu it’s uh

You know your Roman dishes your pizzas because they do have a brick oven but I came in for the pastas the spaghetti with bacon carbonara it’s really good with tons of bacon as well as the papa Deli wild boar sauce they actually do a really good one here as well the pastas

Here are cooked a bit softer unlike the other restaurants the Romans actually do cook their pastas a bit hard unlike the Americans but here they took it more to the American Standard I got so it’s a bit softer with the first bike which is actually perfect you know I think you

Know that the hard one is it’s great too but if you’re used to eating the softer pastas this is actually the place to come and they have a really good something pick as well uh you know gotta eat some steamed vegetables to make my mom proud but the sucking pig was done

Really good that means that the meat was flavorful and succulent I mean I do still prefer the pork Iberian Park in Spain but this one here is really good as well the dessert uh they actually make their own desserts uh you have a wider rate to choose from so what do you

Have this is uh ricotta cheese with pistachio and honey we got the cheese with candid fruit Also we have three kind of chocolate with the biscuit inside this is a mood chocolate with the biscuit and hazelnut okay so I got two desserts the ricotta cheese with pistachio and honey was really unique and tasty while the chocolate hazelnut moves uh definitely for those who love chocolate and the beer actually

It’s really reasonable you know before tips is about 35 dollars a euro per person uh so it’s actually a good place to come to eat great food without breaking your bag so overall Rome is just you know a great City with great energy historical old and new you know

Everything is mixed in it’s a bit chaotic but you know it’s really a city that you can eat well and you can eat food from different regions of Italy because this is the biggest city in Italy Oh foreign
