The pasta is Rummo gluten free, our first time having this brand, and it’s the best we‘ve found. The sauce is chopped onion, carrot and celery in equal parts, ground turkey, a can of crushed tomato, chicken stock, white wine, basil, nutmeg (1/4 tsp per pound of meat) and finished it off with milk. I don’t really measure when I do sauce, just make piles. Everything was great tho.
