filling was a mix of roasted chicken, mushrooms, cream cheese and mozzarella. salt, pepper, chili flakes. chicken was marinated and roasted in a paste of onions, garlic, green onions, some dried herbs and spices and olive oil. pasta dough was 2 1/4 cup flour, 3 eggs, salt. i’m sure everyone here knows how alfredo sauce is made
