I wanted to clear up my fridge, pantry, and freezer. I ended up with this abomination that I fumbled on almost every aspect of the cooking process.
This is spicy pork sausage seared partially uncooked frozen carrots, over blanched floppy asparagus, onion, and 9mo old lasagne sheets that cooked into a brick that were peeled apart. Sauce contains an entire stick of butter, burnt fond deglazed with old stock, overcooked garlic, and a candy of diced tomatoes drained thrown in at the last second with wilted sage, majoram, and a squeeze of lemon juice from a bottom I found in the back of the fridge. All cooked a mixed in a lodge enameled skillet that was far too small for the job.

Well now you can just say itโs Maltagliati in bolognese sauce
Looks better than 95% of stuff posted here. Bon appetite!
Magnificent. We call these dishes “plops” in my house. Bachelor plop is a particularly unattractive variant. This looks more refined like Mom plop.
I made a ragu with two habaneros and two birds eye chillies. It’s very good but my god it’s hard on the stomach
