   a certified garlic girl’s fav aglio e olio

   3 tbsp olive oil
   10 cloves garlic thinly sliced

   – cook the garlic on low heat till golden and tender

   1 tbsp chilli flakes

   – cook till chilli flakes are also fragrant

   pasta water

   – this helps emulsify into a sauce

   pasta
   parmesan (optional)
   chopped coriander/parsley (optional)

   – mix and cook till cheese melts and sauce thickens
   – serve hot with some more cheese

   it’s glossy, luscious and so so good

   I've no problem with garlic but I can't get on with olive oil at all. Or parsley. Sorry.
