I hand made and cut the pasta. I’m a novice so any tips are welcome.

I made the sauce cutting up a carrot, one celery stalk and half a purple onion. IIRC, I threw in some red cooking wine after sautéing the vegetables as well.

I used one can of peeled san marzano tomatoes that I then crushed in a bowl before adding a little bit of water, and a lot of black pepper. After pouring the tomato sauce in the pot I let it cook for around an hour.

Then I browned some hot Italian sausage links and threw them in the pot and cooked it for at least another 2 hours. Ps I’m on mobile sorry about the formatting

    wow, your pasta looks amazing! i’m a novice too so i can’t offer tips, but i’m definitely inspired to try making my own pasta now. the sauce sounds delicious, i bet it tasted amazing!
