INGREDIENTS
โข 500g flour
โข 125g orange juice
โข 125g water
โข 1 egg
โข 90g sugar
โข 80g vegetable oil
โข 10 g yeast
โข 1 orange
โข raisins
โข Candied orange
โข Orange marmalade
โข Almonds

METHOD
Dissolve yeast with sugar in warm water. Add orange juice and zest. Add flour, egg, vegetable oil. Knead the dough and roll out. Let rise.
Soak raisins in orange juice. Cut candied orange peel.
Put raisins and candied fruits in the dough, knead. Let rise 2 hours.
Stretch the dough into a rectangle spread with orange marmalade and sprinkle with almonds. Wrap a roll and cut lengthwise into 2 parts. Spiral and form a panettone. Put in shape and let rise. Sprinkle with almonds and sugar.
Bake for 35 minutes at 175ยฐC/345ยฐF.
