For the cream: 500g ricotta cheese
250ml whipped cream
6tbsp sugar METHOD
1. Cut the pandoro into slices. 2. Put the slices together, then add the ricotta cream. 3. Roll and refrigerate for 3 hours. 4. Decorate with cocoa powder.
