How did I not know about this sub??? Homemade fettuccine with meat sauce (and vino)

    Pasta is a pretty basic recipe, 100g of flour per egg with a bit of salt and I sometimes throw some granulated garlic in there. (Have some wine)

    Sauce: brown off your meat off choice. I used italian sausage. remove from pan and saute 5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced until just crispy in the reserved fat. Add olive oil if it gets dry. Add 28oz crushed tomato – i like Cento cause we have shit tomatoes in Florida but you do you…, 3 tbsp butter, a splash of red wine (and some for the cook) and Italian seasoning. S+P to taste. Simmer until well reduced. Throw some parsley or basil or whatever you have around in there… (Have wine while it does this.)

    Serve with wine.
