    Too much sauce/meat, you’ll end up with a pile of it at the end when the noodles are gone.

    Looks like pappardelle, not tagliatelle, but it also looks incredible and super yummy. Did you cook all the different meats or did you use ground beef?

    Looks great for texture but presentation/plate composition needs work just serve it with more noodle less sauce

    looks good, but usualy is tagliatelle with ragù

    yours is ragù with some tagliatella

    Fresh pasta? Did u make the ragù? What meat did you use? The sauce/ragu’ seems a bit off. Still, excellent job. Bravo.

    it may be that there is too much ragù sauce in relation to the pasta, but usually no one complains about this, if there is leftover you can make ‘scarpetta’ with bread:-)
