Ah I discovered this wonder for myself a year or so ago. I highly recommend pairing it with some Cajun chicken breast and a small crumble of blue cheese in the Alfredo sauce

I work in a restaurant where I make this! Here’s how we do it 1. Add butter to pan. Fry up chorizo, onion, garlic, mushroom, jalapeño, salt. 2. Add cooked penne and pour in cream. Let bubble for about 2 minutes 3. Add parmesan and canned diced tomato then turn off the heat 4. Adjust cream and parmesan until desired thickness
