I can’t understand the presence of pesto and vinegar.
Burrata seasoned with vinegar has only vinegar flavour. Is so much delicate that season a cheese like this is so difficult.
Pesto… Maybe you should remove the pine nuts.
And… I am curious, can you explain me the difference between kosher salt and regular one?
