Ingredients
Kollukatai flour – 2 cups

How to make Kollukatai Flour
Or u can bye it in stores
Jaggery – 1 cup
Coconut – 1tbs
Butter – 1 tsp
Ghee, cardamom powder
Steps
Boil jaggery along 2 tbs of water. Don’t add more water.
Mix all other ingredients together. Once jaggery melts, filter it to the flour, when it is hot.
Mix well,. Grease your hands and steam plate with ghee and make Kollukatai as shown.
Bake it in idly pot for 7,8 minutes.
