    Put a little bit less liquid or more flour. It’s then easier to work with and won’t stick together.

    I’m using 200g of semolina and 85g of water. That’s all.

    Looks great! Very nice texture to hold sauce. Get yourself a pasta rack or lay it out flat then there will be no need for all the excess flouring. Also, course semolina flour works well to keep it from sticking. It’s larger grain is slower to suck into the pasta and maintains it’s separating quality. It’s also easier to clean up because it doesn’t spread everywhere.
