Sauce for two persons: two eggyolks & two whole eggs, good amount of Parmigiano reggiano and black pepper and ofcourse a lot of guanciale (forgot pecorino in the store😬)

    Fail. Real Carbonara is English Carbonara, with ham and cream (ask Gino).
