The Negroni is the most delicious of bitter cocktails and the perfect drink for a summer afternoon!

It is a simple mix of Campari, gin and sweet red vermouth created in Italy 100 years ago by Count Camillo Negroni.

However, there’s a ton of ways to put a new spin on even the most established classic cocktails. This drink has probably a thousand different variations!

Today we’re going to show you two simple ways to create the Negroni. I enlisted the help of a specialist and “The Mixtress” of Orange County: Ava Michelle!

The Contemporary Negroni Recipe:
1 1/2 oz NOLET’S Gin
3/4 oz Campari Fortified Wine
3/4 oz Cinzano Sweet Vermouth

The Boulevardier Recipe:
1 1/2 oz Michter’s Bourbon
3/4 oz NOLET’S Gin
3/4 oz Campari Fortified Wine
