

– 16 oz elbow macaroni
– 6 cups of shredded cheese. I used sharp cheddar/Gruyère/Monterey Jack
– 3 cups of milk
– 1 cup of heavy cream
– 6 tablespoons butter
– 1/3 cup flour
– a little franks hot sauce
– s&p
– dash of smoked paprika
I topped this with smoked pulled pork and bbq sauce 🙂
