    This was a basic homemade pasta dough. AP flour, eggs, salt, olive oil.

    Ravioli filling was ricotta, Asiago, parmesan, fontina, and provolone mixed with sautéed spinach and garlic.

    Sauce was minced garlic and shallot sautéed in butter and olive oil, deglazed with white wine, heavy cream, butter, and lots of black pepper.
