    Started off with the sauce which i simmered in the oven (150°C) for 3 hours.

    Read a book / listened to some music

    Grilled some eggplant and added it to the sauce, extra fancy.

    Messed up the bechemel sauce.

    Really tasty.

    Looks nice but basil has no place in lasagne

    Nice lasagna but i don’t understand olives, basil and grana, i can understand if you put It tò vive colour at the dish, but they have nothing tò do with It.
