Topped with fresh basil, Parmesan and I tried adding some breadcrumbs that I cooked in butter, I really enjoyed the crispy factor.
Pasta was stuffed with 3 cheeses: mozza, ricotta and Parmesan. Sauce is onions, garlic, tomato paste, red chilli flakes and cream.

Seasoned breadcrumbs on sauced pasta is SUCH a good move. My girlfriend does calabrian chili powder seasoned breadcrumbs on occasion and the added texture and subtle heat is such a sneaky brilliant addition to so many pasta dishes. This looks incredible, nice work.
